Try sailing for FREE !

Come along and visit us

8 April 2017

10am to 4pm

Sailing is a fantastic sport for all the family. Come along and take the opportunity to sail with experienced sailors. You will be able to explore what South Staffordshire Sailing Club has to offer both on and off the water. Not only is sailing fun, enjoyable and exciting on the water but we have a packed array of social events throughout the year.

We will have our coaches and trainers available to advise on our adult, youth and children's training courses and programmes.

What do I need to try sailing?

All you need to bring is a soft pair of shoes, waterproofs and a change of clothing.

What can I expect on the day?

You will receive a warm and friendly welcome. We are a family orientated club run by our members. We hope to give you an insight into what sailing can offer you. You can ask questions, sign up for our courses and explore the benefits of our club membership as a whole.

We will take you out on the water (weather permitting) and give you an opportunity to experience sailing.

Refreshments will be available.  By popular demand our junior members will again be organising a cake stand (delicious and mouth watering) for members and visitors.

Juniors and parents will be available to talk to and share experiences.

An Open Day Programme will be available shortly.

Contact Details and Directions?

A summary of our contact details and directions to the club can be found on this print-friendly Open Day Poster.
